Zastrow The Beer Man is currently accepting applications for a Front Desk Administrative Professional. Zastrow The Beer Man is a family-owned and operated beer and soda distributor servicing the central Wisconsin area since 1937. We are looking for hard-working, energetic candidates to come join our team!

Responsibilities:
Greets all visitors and staff at the front desk in a professional and positive manner.
Provide support of day-to-day business operations, such as light data entry, building and distributing sell sheets to sales staff, bank deposits, processing of mailed in checks.
Organizational support, such as filing, organizing, and preparing documents for administrative and staff. Assist Office Manager and other Team Members as assigned by management. Execute administrative tasks for various company departments
Answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner; identify callers' needs and assist or route to an appropriate staff member. Check messages and handle or route accordingly.
Calls on assigned accounts to place product orders. Takes incoming orders over the phone.
Monitor and order supplies as needed.
Oversee maintenance/repairs of office equipment, such as copiers, printers, computers, laminators, etc.
Skills/Abilities:
Pay based on experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
