Office Administrative and Front Desk Position
Kids' RehabGYM Inc., a 501c3, in Williston, VT, is seeking a full-time employee to work as an administrator at our front desk. Kids' RehabGYM (KRG) has been providing services for the communities in Vermont for over a decade and wants to continue to grow to best support the children and their families all across the state.
The ideal candidate for this position is an individual who has good interpersonal skills, a working understanding of health insurances, possess self-directed learning techniques, able to work in a busy environment and enjoys interacting with children and their families.
This employee will work in a team with our current front desk staff answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing patient profiles in electric medical records system as well as managing waitlist, progress notes, and dischrages. Further responsibilities could include verifying benefits and entering into the EMR for new and existing patients.
At Kids' RehabGYM, we provide children of all ages with physical and occupational therapy services through comprehensive family centered care, including interdisciplinary team collaboration, and most importantly, open communication with each child and their family, we help children and families to grow and learn together to facilitate lifelong success.

Education / Experienced Required
Education: Preferred associates degree or higher.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
