Job Description

This 10-week summer internship at Cencora's Montclair distribution center offers experience in supply chain operations and leadership development. Interns will work across various business functions, lead teams, and analyze operational metrics while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn and gain exposure to multiple supply chain functions and distribution center operations
• Analyze supply chain metrics and assist in developing business processes
• Lead and manage team workload planning to meet daily and weekly business objectives
• Organize and facilitate team meetings and present findings to management
• Complete departmental projects through rotational assignments across business areas

Requirements

• Currently pursuing degree in Engineering, Operations/Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Bachelor's degree completion within one year of internship end
• No sponsorship required to work in the United States
• Proven leadership experience through academic or extracurricular involvement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and team-building skills
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in unstructured environments
