As a Delivery Coordinator, you will drive success by sourcing, engaging, and onboarding top talent to meet high-volume staffing needs. Leveraging our digital tools and mobile app, you’ll match candidates to open roles, ensure smooth client operations, and deliver an exceptional hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Matching: Actively manage open orders and connect candidate matches to job opportunities.
- Onboarding & Support: Guide new hires through background checks, orientations, and first-day logistics to guarantee successful starts.
- Pipeline Building: Proactively source potential talent across multiple channels to maintain a strong talent pool.
- Fulfillment & Communication: Monitor job orders, resolve start issues, and provide market insights to sales partners.
- Tech Optimization: Utilize ATS platforms and digital app tools to streamline recruitment workflows.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition fundamentals.
- Proven track record in high-volume, urgent delivery and meeting performance metrics.
- strong attention to detail and process accuracy.
- Hands-on experience with ATS software and digital recruitment tools.
